The 4-prong AK adapter is used for lamination onto transfermoral socket. The adapter provides 360 degree of rotation for pyramid adapter or pyramid receiver. This product can be used with the 1215T, 1225T/S or 1216T/S and all EZ ADAPT SERIES.
