Product Information
These Switch Back Ratchet Knee Joints can be used as a direct replacement for Switchback Drop lock joints in size B configuration. When using size B drop lock joints, they can be replaced with a pediatric ratcheting joint while maintaining knee joint center, alignment, and knee clearance.
- Pediatric, youth, and adult size aluminum uprights can be fitted with ratcheting knee joints
- Unscrew the 4 upright screws, remove the joint, replace it with the ratchet joint, and reapply the 4 upright screws
