3 Year Warranty Extension for Navii® knee. Warranty extension includes scheduled service check at 40 months. Warranty extension can be added to Navii Kit (NAV01003) and can be purchased anytime while the product is still under warranty. Maximum total warranty period is 6 years.
Specifications
All items shipped ground, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day Air direct from the manufacturer will be a flat rate of $12.00 per shipment. All items shipped Next Day Air Saver will be $48.00 and $65.00 for Next Day Air.
