The Hydraulic Motion Control Knee (MCK) features hydraulic stance and swing control with smooth, automatic activation during normal walking. Its intelligent hydraulic yielding system engages when the knee is in a posterior-leaning position, providing controlled support even while clearing obstacles during swing. As the knee transitions into an anterior-leaning position during pre-swing, the yielding function disengages to allow for a smooth, natural swing phase. Once activated, hydraulic yielding remains engaged during activities such as descending stairs or walking downhill, offering controlled knee flexion for increased stability.
