Same features as the Proforma® Dual Laminate but with a lower top line profile. With a top surface of 1/8" Pink Plastazote® and a supportive 3/16" base layer of 45a EVA, these orthotics are tapered throughout the toe box to maximize fitting in a deep shoe. The top surface conforms into a total contact foot orthosis with minimal use. May be thermoformed and custom molded to a positive cast of the patient's foot and further modified by posting or grinding if needed. Therapeutic Shoe Bill compliant. Available in Summit shape only.
